Střední umělecká škola Ostrava – Secondary Art School in Ostrava
Miroslav Kuš, the principal at the Secondary Art School in Ostrava gushed about Alexandra Šefránková in his letter of recommendation : „ She is one of the most active teachers at this school. She has been active not only in her lessons but in extracurricular activities as well. She has a very good relationship with her students. She understands their problems and helps students to deal with them.“

- she understands how to combine teaching English with the artistic interests of her students

Základní škola Martina Luthera s.r.o Plzeň – The Elementary and Middle School of Dr. Martin Luther in Pilsen
(one of the first elementary private schools in the Czech Republic based on American concept with excellent high standard quality of English study and learning program, has the preparatory level which trains the children for the future studies of the 1st grade)
Miloš Vršecký, the principal of the Martin Luther elementary and middle school in Pilsen had this to say about Simona Fialová : „ She is outstanding in her approach to children. She is extremely sensitive but at the same time also demanding. Kids love her and are not scared to communicate in English.
I am very happy that Simona has won such an award. I am sure that she is an excellent teacher of English and the results of her work can prove that.

Střední odborná škola Šumperk – Secondary Professional School in Šumperk
Students from the Secondary Professional School in Šumperk wrote in a nomination form submitted last fall :“ We already have a winner for the Best Teacher of English competition. Don´t know who that is?
It ´s our best an kindest class mommy. Young, beautifull, with a perfect American accent..she likes sports and never spoils any fun.“
The Award Ceremony was held on 2 March 2009 at Starbucks Café in Prague
Ing. Petr Špirhanzl, The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports representative, was a special guest of the Ceremony. All the participants enjoyed a great performance presented by children from The Elementary and Middle School of Dr. Martin Luther in Pilsen.
