Grab the Reader project

This project is an original concept created by the Endowment Fund in line with its mission to improve the level of English language education. Through this project, we provide English-language reading materials with the aim to build English-language libraries in schools that otherwise do not have the finances to do so. Schools go through an application process that requires an outlined plan of how the books will be utilized in class.

From all applicants, we chose three schools in which we will build the English-language library with titles from Macmillan Education (more at www.macmillan.cz/readers).

Each of selected school will receive 6 sets of books (1 set = 1  reader with CD + 15 without CD).

From among the applications we supported following schools:

ZŠ TGM Bystřice pod Pernštejnem

Střední průmyslová škola stavební a Obchodní akademie Kladno

Základní škola Hrob, okres Teplice
